These are free worksheets that have been created to support you in your new normal journey. They include questions that will help you to clarify your thoughts, feelings and wishes. With the understanding that each person is at a different stage in their life’s journey; each sheet is designed for the 3 phases that everyone goes through in the aftermath of trauma
New Normal Phase 1
This sheet is for the immediate aftermath that is within the first 4-6 weeks.
This can be classed as the early days as you are just getting to grips with the impact of the trauma.
New Normal Phase 2
This sheet allows you to gain better insight into the current state of things in your life. This gives you an opportunity to look back on your journey from the moment of impact to date especially if your trauma occurred more than 2 months ago. It is an opportunity for you to be your own truth-teller about your life right now.
New Normal Phase 3
This sheet is an opportunity for you to take an inventory of how you feel about your future. No one else is walking in your shoes so only you can determine if your feelings are positive or negative. Depending on your responses and personal assessment, you are given the opportunity to get in touch and begin the investment in your fulfilling future – the NYNN Individual Coaching Programme.
