Getting reacquainted with my younger self has been an enlightening experience.
Some of my character traits that I thought were flaws have stood me in good stead till now.
From a young age, I had always set myself apart from the crowd as I yearned to do my own thing. I had always been separate from the crowd. Even though at the time most friends didn’t really understand me, I knew I wanted no part of the rat-pack. Over two decades on, I celebrate standing out in a world striving for conformity.
